We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

🔍 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item—so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🚫 Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not returnable, including:
- Custom products (e.g. personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
🔄 Exchanges
To get a different item, return your original purchase. Once accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being delivered to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason.
The item must be in the same condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If so, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Returns without proof or those sent without prior notice may not be accepted.

We only offer standard delivery at the moment. Shipping is completely free—no charges apply.
We currently ship orders to the following country: United Kingdom.
We do not ship to any other countries.
🕒 Order Processing Time
Our estimated processing time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
On average, it takes around 2 business days to process an order.
Once your order is marked as shipped, you will automatically receive your tracking number via email.
Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.

Refunds Returns Policy
We accept the following payment options:

Payments are taken when the order has been processed after the order has been placed. The time frame for canceling an order depends on its status. If the order is still in the "Processing" stage, you can cancel at no extra charges, once the order has been shipped you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery without providing any justification if the product is being shipped into the European Union then a refund will be issued, please note your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Buyer pays return costs. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. . For service contracts, the cooling off period expires 14 days after the day the contract was agreed. If the order is outside the European Union you can only cancel an order and get a refund if it's stil in the processing stage if the order has already been shipped you will have to wait until your order arrives then you will have to return it to be entitled for a refund.
